Frequently Asked Questions
Liberty Fish is fortunate to have established a long standing partnership with ONE Boston based HACCP certified importer/exporter who consistently source a top quality comprehensive produce line. My partnering with one importer/exporter, as opposed to several, many of the variables that could result in an inconsistent quality product are omitted. The result of this partnership is a mutual commitment to providing a preservative free, fresh, consistently high quality day cut product.
From the ocean silly! Liberty Fish is proud to have partnered with ONE importer/exporter at the Boston Fish Pier. Over the years, Liberty Fish has made it a priority to develop this relationship with their supplier. A relationship that is based on a mutual understanding that a consistently high grade product and stellar customer service is our number one mission. By using one importer and exporter many of the variables that can be associated with “shopping around” for a variety of seafood products are eliminated.
Great news. Because your fish was cut today and vacuum packaged, it will stay fresh for up to 5 days in your fridge. Change of plans? Simply freeze your fish in its original cryovac packaging.
